Michael Lwoyelo joined Sanergy in 2012 as Engineering Operations Manager, and in 2015, he was promoted to Director of Operations, where he oversees the construction of Fresh Life Toilets, the collection of waste from the Fresh Life network, and the processing of waste into valuable end-products. Michael also oversees supply chain, QHSE and Infrastructure departments that support operations. In 2014, Michael was named a Mandela Washington Fellow and spent six weeks in the US as part of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).

In 2016, Laura Anindo joined Sanergy's Infrastructure team as a Design Fellow and was promoted to Design Engineer at the end of her fellowship. While at Sanergy, she has played an integral role in designing large-scale processing facilities to convert waste into end-products. In November 2016, Laura represented Sanergy at the Autodesk University Impact Summit in Las Vegas.
Florence joined Sanergy in 2012 as a Fresh Life Field Officer, supporting Fresh Life Operators and helping ensure the success of their businesses. In 2015, Florence was promoted to Senior Field Officer. While at Sanergy, Florence pursued her Bachelor's Degree in BA in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Nairobi, graduating in December 2016.
