What does “make it happen” mean to you?
Every year on March 8, International Women’s Day honors the accomplishments of women and advocates for gender equality around the world. The theme of IWD 2015 is “Make It Happen.” To celebrate, we asked women in our Sanergy and Fresh Life teams what this theme means to them. Here’s what they told us.
“Make it happen” means disability is not inability. I take care of my family and my businesses just like any mother would.
Susan, Fresh Life Operator
“Make it happen” means always giving my best at work, while also accomplishing personal goals, like completing my education.
Diana, Sanergy Teammate
“Make it happen” means setting far-reaching goals and never giving up on attaining them. I’m motivated by roadblocks and never take no for an answer.
Laura, Sanergy Fellow
“Make it happen” means advancing at work while also being an awesome mother. I love surprising myself by going beyond and accomplishing more than I thought possible.
Faith, Sanergy Teammate
“Make it happen” means blogging and sharing my life’s stories with the world. I sincerely hope that my stories make someone’s life much better.
Sarah, Sanergy Teammate
“Make it happen” means having a vision for a better future and then doing whatever it takes to see that vision become reality.
